Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder
- 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar OR 1⁄2 cup of extra virgin olive oil (warm)
- 1⁄2 inch of grated ginger
Add the grated ginger and cayenne pepper to the apple cider vinegar / warm olive oil. Stir together well until you get a homogeneous paste.
Apply this paste to all your affected areas twice daily then leave it to soak for around 25 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water and pat dry gently.
Store all the remainder of the recipe in the refrigerator, give it another stir before applying it again.
